First grow- Plant Growth has slowed

This is my first grow and I am about 2 weeks from when my seedling first popped from the ground. At first it grew very rapidly, but over the last week has barely grown at all. I just transplanted from a smaller container and it appeared that the roots were growing up. Still the growing hasn't sped up any suggestions?

Sometimes plants have a growth spurt in the beginning because they're using up all of the inherent nutrients in the soil as quickly as possible. But once they use up all the nutrients, they might not grow as quickly.

This is completely normal.

Some growing guides say that you can start adding in nutes to your plants at this point, or around the 4 week mark of growing since the soil can't provide them anymore. This sounds like your plant might be ahead of the game.

Personally, I would wait until it's been 4 weeks, watching the plant carefully to make sure it's not withering, then I would start whatever nute regimen you're going to use.

Good luck! :blsmoke:

Thanks a lot. Maybe I am looking too far into this. I just see pics that people post of huge plants only a few weeks into the grow and can't help but think i'm doing something wrong.
