First Grow questions

The new light is in, I air cooled the hood. the plants are growing great

Is this mites? Im not sure and don't want to go through all that only to find out my plants are not infected.

Do some research and pick the thing that you want to do, don’t listen to people on here unless it’s something you definitely want. People will tell you one thing is the best or another thing is the best and none of it is true, you can low stress train and get the same yield as other techniques, It depends on the size of your space, how many plants you’re doing, And what you feel comfortable with.

One thing about low stress training is that if you do it before your plan is in your final part it can make things very difficult when you want to transplant I actually wait till I’m in my final part before I do any training and it always works out fine for me, My last grow I waited till three weeks in to flowering before I low stress trained and it worked phenomenally
