First grow, single plant outdoors

This is my first grow out here in new england. I found 2 seeds in a quarter of some pretty dank bud my cousin got shipped to him from Oregon . The bud it came from didn't look great or anything but it was an ok smoke. 1 seed popped and turned out to be female. My parents don't care so I just have it in a large pot in my back yard. I only used fox farm ocean soil, Mexican bat guano, and budswel all I purchased at my local hydro store. I was just wondering if anybody could give me an idea of what kind of bud I got here or if it looks any good. The bud it came from with a little bit of frost a quite a few dark orange hairs. Also if anybody could tell me how long you think I have left til harvest, the season isn't very long in Massachusetts. thanks guys.

Great job not fucking with them. The reason it looks so good is that you have been patient and have not over watered etc. Buying the ff soil was the ticket. Have you used the budswell yet.

Looking good. Keep it up! The Mexican Bat Guano is higher in nitrogen - and perfect for the grow/veg phase. Now that you're into flowering, you should supplement with Indonesian and or Jamaican Bat Guano which have higher amounts of phosphorous to encourage larger, fragrant blooms. Yeah I tried to do as minimal as possible and let nature take its course. I did use about a third of the small bag
of budswel when it first began flowering.

Looks fukin great! Props Bro! As mentioned, you just let it grow. And that's so hard to do....lol There was another recent "when will it be ready" thread where BWG707 gave a perfect answer. Pretty much boiled down to, "it'll be ready, when it's ready". Flower times are usually swags or averages. Your beauty looks to be in the 3rd week, or so, of flower. So you may have anywhere from 4-7 more weeks before it's SOUP!

Quick question guys yesterday I started seeing some of this dark spots on some of the buds. They seem dead and easily fall when I touch them. Is this something I need to be worrying about? I thought it had something to do with some slight caterpillar damage I found on some lower branches but now I found it on a higher branch with no apparent caterpillar damage

Bro that's what happen to me. Check my post. I almost cut a plant down. There is a worm product, I used sevin dust. You got to treat now. All new growth will be gone. Look at my post dear eating leaves, (that's what I thought it was. After treating with seven I did a shipload of research and found Better products. Get the tweezers, led light, a garage and get to picking those flickers off. Then once off treat the bAse with little dust. Have you noticed them at lower plant. Pm me if you want. Read it's budworm time by sticky

For budworms, you should spray your plants every 3 weeks with BT, a beneficial bacteria, throughout their veg state, and the first half of flowering. That will keep the worms from growing on your plants. And that way, you don't have to spray your ripening buds.

Hth said" BT will affect the taste of your bud if used too late in the season. It's just fine to wash your plants before harvest. Even my indoor plants are sometimes taken outside on harvest day and sprayed down well with a fine spray, and then dried for a couple of hours and harvested."

Are you able to see these worms with a magnifying glass?

I've found a few just by looking around any obvious damage but where's theres a few there's probably dozens right? Does the BT spray help you get rid of them or only prevent them?

I bout some Seven spray will that help get rid of the worms on there now?

3 weeks minimum till harvest, basic is when 80% of hairs are orange or dark its readym, longer is beter! if your gonna get frost bring it in at night! good job, next year plant a lot more. peace
