first grow small bud growth at week 4

it may be lack of exp. but it would seem that the buds should be bigger then they are at 4 weeks.they almost looks like they stopped growing altogether except my bigest one witch took a lot longer to form its bud sets..
they vegged for 4 weeks(2 weeks at24-0 & 2 weeks at 18-6).. they are in 5 gal pots
week 4 of flower
list of nutes: big grow,big bloom,tiger bloom,open sesame,beastie bloomz and cha ching all accordingly to fox farms feeding schedule day temp 75-80 night temp 60-70 humidity 25-30%

nah i say they are looking pretty good. The major swelling comes late.

yeah man its as phillip said its the last couple of weeks that you will notice them really getting fat they look fine for their age

they have heat stress,that can slow growth down.but they could have another 4 or 5 weeks left,which is plenty of time to fatten up.

Im at the same sort of point as you give or take a day or 2 and i was thinking the same thing however when you look back over the last 4 weeks it probably took 10 to 17 days just to show pre flower and bud sits so it has grown that much in the last 18 to 11 days whice is a lot my last grow sort of went in waves they look like the have stopped but then you notice they have swollen over just a few days it will be ok you got loads of time yet its not a race its done when its done.lol

Im glad i am not the only one lol! im in week 5 on a 10 weeker and was wondering the same thing,my friends say there fine and that i look at them too much haha, and i do it every grow lol.

UR buds look fine to me. It's really strain dependent on how big they will be at 4 weeks, but your buds look excellent. Give it time to finish, you still have another 4 weeks to go.

how can u tell they are/were heat stressed? i thought it was nute burn i feed them too much 3 days prior to these pics...
also i have had a lot of yellow leafs on my bigest plant with dark spots inside the yellow leafs will take a pic of the leaf damage. i think this mite be a nitrogen deficiency(i hope) and not a major problem.. have increaced the n- lvl in that pot to help seems to have slowed the yellowing but they are still poping up every few days

the big one is some old school strain(got it form an old hippy thats been growing the same thing since the 70s)
3 are unkown(thought to be 1 white widow and 2 sour diesel )

i have a new issue. i just started the cha ching nute and 2 days later all the leaves around the buds have U out so they look like little boats like literally ill post new pic Monday maybe sooner. so i would like to know if its stress caused bye the nutes or if this a natural thing that happens. also they are about 5 weeks into flowering.. also the smaller plants didnt need watering at the time i cha ching the other 2 and only the 2 that got the nutes are showing the bowing leaves, so i figured it cant be the room or temp

I can't tell if thats aluminum foil you're using, but if it is, I would recommend taking it down, as it is a terrible light reflectant, and mainly just reflects heat. If its not aluminum foil, well, what do you say, I'm blazed! hahaha

waiting to hang the mylar till next grow this ones only got 3-4 weeks left, but i need to know about the bowing of the leafs around the buds. the plant shows no other sings of stress or burn just bowing

ok so i am now in week 5 and they have stopped growing and so far no swelling. but as it is it looks like i mite get maybe 1 oz from 2 of them and 1 form another and 2 off the biggest 1. i will get some new pics up soon. 2 of the plants are starting to turn purple around the edges of the leafs, is that a good thing? i hear there are only a few thing that make the plant go purple, 1 genetics, 2 nitrogen deficiency, and 3 low temp. i am almost positive that its not in their gens and they recive plenty of nutes. i think it mite be the night time temp dropping low. could this be why the bud growth has stopped?

they look fine to me just remember that the buds will fatten up and really put some weight on in the last few weeks

just bin lookin through ur pics week 4 n week 5 n i no ur concerns r about leaf coluor n vigor, the purple thing cud be from low nite time temps and the leaf curl around the bud may be concerning u but after lookin at all ya pics i think there lookin rearly nice and like some one pointed out to me the process of counting flowering weeks shud start wen the pistols av shown them selves so if that takes 1 week then dont include this week in ur cycle, so if it is suposed to flower in 8 weeks in will b 9 if u waited a week for the pistols to show also suposed 8 week flowering periods r only in optimal conditions with no growth stunting along the way, if u think urs av slowed it dont matter so much coz u just flower on till there done, wud ignore the X amount of flowering weeks and just wait till there done this cud b another 4 or 5 weeks away but as someone else sed there done wen there done, and man ur gonna be happy wiv them surely coz they do look dam fine to me and for sure they will double in size over the next 28days, one of the plants the big bushy lookin one wiv bud down the arms looks just like my white widow. happy growin man, ur doin a gr8 job so far
