First Grow - "Stealth" - Bagseed - 130W CFL: All input welcome!!

Transplanted Ice Cream into a 3Gal pot (small trashcan with holes drilled in it) yesterday. Re-tied her down and plucked some of the big fan leaves off so some light could reach all the growth underneath. I know some people don't agree with this practice but it worked on Roz and hasn't hurt the Jack Flash at all so I reckon I'll keep on keepin' on.

@hudman: For anything big I believe HPS is the way to go. I'm actually working on drawing up a bigger box made of wood so I can toss a nice 400W HPS in there and not worry about shit melting! But that's all just on paper right now.

@Monk0: Thanks for stopping in man! I know my LST job ain't nearly as pretty as yours but it'll get the job done! Haha

Looking good, h&p! Nice LST. That 3 gal. can should give your roots plenty to grow in. That will be a great thing. I needed to put my baby in a bigger container, but couldn't because of the box size. I think I got a bit root bound most likely. Keep up the good work!

h&p as long as the LST is functional it works lol no matter how it looks as long as it gets the job done :) still looking good btw

why are they soo small?

Small containers and living arrangements. Ice Cream should be much bigger than even the Jack Flash since it get's the luxury of a 3Gal pot.

@allforit: I'm subbing to your grow. Those pistils look crazy man, love that color!

@gumball: Thanks for stopping in buddy. Yeah everything is going well and with a new fan on the way temps are expected to go down just enough to land in the sweet spot.

@Monk0: True that man. Can't wait for the stretch to come, I wonder what shape she's going to take.

Reorganized some things--reminder: both boxes are currently in 12/12, one box has 3 bulbs the other has 10.

So I cut off a sampler of the Jack Flash earlier this week. Just tried it--holy fuck guys, straight fire. And it's not even done yet? Are you kidding me? Still gonna hold off for a bit on the harvest and I think I'm just going to harvest the top half and then keep the bottom half going for a while. I dunno, we'll see when we get there now wont we?

But yeah, I really am surprised. Smells like shit because of the quick dry job (stuck it in a paper bag in the flower box for 2.5 days) but WOW. It's only 6:30 and I'm already ready to go to bed.

Harvest half the jack flash this morning, so that's drying. I'll report the dry weight when it's dry. Gonna let the other half finish the rest of this week or maybe a bit longer--I suppose we'll see when the time comes now wont we!

45.7g wet is what's in the last pic!

Yeah, the Jack Flash is slowly but surely getting there. I've got plenty of smoke on hand right now though so I'm fine waiting.

New fan came in today!! Temps dropped about 10 degrees, the poor babies had been roasting in ~95 degree weather their entire lives, they're comparatively chillin' with their current temps of 82F degrees :)

Ok let's get some pics going!

First pic is a group shot.

Second and third are of the BBH after a prunin' and some re-LSTing. Not going to do any more tying until I transplant her (once the Jack Flash is finished, hopefully next week). I weaved a couple of stems under some that had already been tied down. Saving yarn++

Last 3 pics are of the Ice Cream after a major pruning and some LSTing.

Here are the update pics from this morning.

First two pics are a group shot. Roz and Jack Flash are slowly but surely nearing their ends, even though Roz keep spewing out new white pistils.

The next pic is of the Ice Cream plant. I keep calling it Ice Cream but I'm actually not sure what it is at all haha.

The last pics are of the BBH.

I took the scissors to the BBH and I'll have to give the "Ice Cream" a name for now so let's call her Milly but Milly got the axe as well.

Oh and I ended up getting 10g dry from the top half of the Jack Flash, after taking out all the stems. I guess I'll attribute that to it spending the entirety of it's life in an oven but eh, what can ya do! Bigger yields to come from the other plants (minus Roz) for sure. This Rubbermaid box is just gettin' started!

THanks lobo and welcome back again Easy!

I got some bubble hash, the kind that gets all nice and melty. Sprinkled that shit on top of a bowl of Jack Flash. Needless to say I'm pretty fuckin' torn back right now. Pics tomorrow!

Yo! H&P Hudman is back! Three ladies up and three on the way. This time under 4ft flouros 6500k. So far two out of three fell over and seem to be dieing... :( but one is very healthy and looking great. Not sure if this is just a part of it...some seeds may just be week...I have not watered since the initial soil watering to prep the seeds and the soil is still damp. They are in party cups within a few inches from the lights. I also have an ocilating fan on them. This is very frustrating! I will monitor the one doing well and also as the next three ladies come up I am going to make sure they are as close to the light as possible. One other thought is that the soil is to loose (to much perlite) so maybe the roots are not strong enough once the canopy gets so big. Thoughts?? sorry this is so long.

EASY OR GUMS feel free to jump in....

Throw some pics up hudsy so we can see what's up! How horizontal are we talking about when you say "fell over"? Are they lying straight on the ground? How are the temps? What's the difference between the healthy one and the other two (soil/amt of water/distance from light/etc)? How much air from that fan is hittin' em?

In other news, pics from today!

The first pic is of Roz before the cut today. Will report dry weight when she's done drying. She was a bitch to cut, so tightly clumped together. Wet weight was a mere 29g though.

Second pic is of the BBH (which I've learned is also called Smackberry).

Pics 3-6 are of Milly before and after some major pruning. She's stretching up up up.

Last two pics are of a surprise guest, the little AK-47 party cup! Did a little pruning on her today too but I didn't take pics.

Alrighty guys, that's it for right now. I might end up doing another update later tonight if I end up getting those clones so stay tuned I guess!
