First Grow Strain Recommendations

Alright I'm thinking of setting up a small grow area, but I have yet to decide what strain I want to get and grow. I have never grown before. I will be growing using hydroponics (which I have experience in) and have two designated areas for vegetative and flowering states with the intent to clone. I will be growing from seed. I am limited by the amount of space (2x3x5 ft stealth box that will be made out of a dresser). I was curious what people would recommend? I want something that is hearty, yet will give me PREMIUM bud. I would much rather have something that is excellent in quality and worth more than have copious amounts, but both would be good too. I am leaning toward Indicas just cause they are typically smaller. I would like to have around an 8 week flowering period, so based on that I think I want to go with a SOG growing strategy maybe fit in 9 or so plants in my flowering area. I'm thinking white widow just because it fits in the time frame of about an 8 weeks and it gets about 35-60cm tall which is ideal for me and SOG. I want to hear what you guys have to say. Thanks!!

BAG SEED! For you first grow I recommend bag seed. Learn your lessons on free shit before you buy.

I took the advice of the experienced folks on here. My progress was Bagseed ----> Northern Lights -----> Good Genetics
Doing it right, the first time.

That depends on what you want and how much you have to spend. If you have no issues with bag seed then it is up to what you want. If you have the cash strawberry ice is amazing or you could do: ak47, blue mystic, full moon, northern lights, bubble gum, white rhino, white widow, its really all up to what you want.

For my first grow i went with a simple top 44 it was one of the cheapest i found from a seed bank online the best thing to do is get a hybrid i find that they are much easier to grow but get one with indica dominant for the short characteristic. Nowadays you really dont have to sacrifice flavor or potency for quantity many of these breakthroughs help starting growers grow plenty of dank buds on their first try. Best advice is get some decent seeds for cheap, some nice lights, some inexpensive nutes (dont have to get the advanced nutes that are like way expensive), and youll do fine keep reading forums for info and post up some pics for us when you got your girlies growin =D
