First Grow Thread 4x4 hut 1000watt hps gdp, green crack

so i just recently got my prop215 card, have been in the scene for many years but now im all legal!

lets start off with things i bought for my grow.

4x4 Darkroom grow hut
1000w hps ballast with 6 inch air cooled hood
2 centrifugal fans, 1 6 inch 435 cfm to cool hood, 4 inch 165 cfm inlet for air.

i am currently not running an exauhst, my temps havent gone over 82 or below 70, my humidity has dropped to 26 at lowest and around 50.

i purchased six clones from the club yesterday, 2 gdps, 4 green cracks.

i am using 2, 1 gallon air pots, and 4, .3 gallon pots.

using rainbow mix and black gold for soil. will be watered with soluble neem seed. just trying to get the hang of things again before i do 40 in here, then i will flower at a friends house. will update weekly.

feel free to leave your feedback, and advice.

ps. lol i know how my fans are mounted is ghetto but i just ran out of funds, it works and its not to loud once i get my next check ill be mounting them to milk crates or making custom boxes for them

will be updating later today possibly if i have time, got 6 more .3 gallong air pots left gonna go out to the club and find me some indica or hybrid clones not sure anyone have some good ideas on strains?

set my timer so the lights are out around 6pm till 12am. temps dropped to about 59 humidity was 29 lowest. but stays around 40 when lights are on

nice work dude. good to see more 1000watters inside 4x4.. is this your first 4x4? if not what was your yield? how many plants? (im too stoned to read it again)

i have a total of 9 plants flowering all different sizes, some are in really small 0.3 gallon pots to 0.8gallon pots up to 2 gallon pots. i have 1 5gallon hydro bucket. im uploading some pics of them right now im 10 days into the veg. and yes this is my first 4x4 but ive grown before but ive never got the chance to flower im hopping to get atleast a pound off these 9

im using a nice set of nutrients by general hydroponics. ill post pics of everything im using.

lookin nice man, i got a verry smilar set up, almost identical actually..you have your intake connected to your house A/C?.. wonderin because your temps are lower than mine...and my tent is a 5x5..

actually i have custom made an intake and that fits in my window and youd never know what it was if you saw it. i suck air from outside, i use a 6inch 435 cfm fan to cool my hood, and a 4 inch 185 cfm fan for an inlet air source for plants. i keep my tent open with 2 fans blowing in and 1 big one circulating in the room. another gun inside blowing down from the corners. mine is a 4x4 with a 3x3 tray. ill probably be getting rid of the tent next time around. hopefully ill be adding another 1000watt set up :P this will be my first actual harvest, never been able to actually harvest. hoping for around a p so i can cover my exspense to cover this + add a new light and pay bills so we will see. by the way the big ones in the back are strawberry cream.

So you leave you tent open eh? I like to keep mine closed just because of house traffic, but if I could I would keep it open, I actually have locks on the zippers lol.. Have u concidered puttin the intake in ur house next to ur a/c vent? Then u should be able to close ur tent, just keep the room at 75

my room hardly ever goes above 69 since i moved out bed and everything out of that room. i am planning on scrapping the tent after this harvest. i wanna do two 4x4 trays with 2, 1000watt hps lights. ill probably be getting rid of the tent unless i keep it for cloning or something. i tried the co2 thing with the yeast n sugar, couldnt tell if it worked lol. i smoke with my plants everytime i smoke which is about n 8th a day lol. i only smoke when the lights are on. its my grow/smoke room. after this batch ill update my room and pics for you all

ps, i have a spare bed room i grow in. i grow inside the tent. after this harvest im hoping to scrap the tent if anyone wants to buy it haha

fox farms what? i used fox farms ocean something for the soil. ive used grow big in the past. im switching to all hydro next time around gonna do 5 gallon buckets for each plant. all one strain also. im just hoping my buds get bigger and fatter

FoxFarm ocean forest is the shittt...but i think my favorite nutrien is the FoxFarm BigBloom 100% organic, gonna try using that with BioBizz Bloom which is supppose to be 100% organic also...and i know most people dont care about organics but it just appeals to me:weed:
