first grow using cfls

hey guys could use some advice i know abit about growing and could use some other ppls advice on how my grow is going in the pics the plants are just short of 3 weeks old from seed
i am using
250w cfl
strain is uk cheese
nutrients is sensi grow a+b and bloom for flowering
using 4 ml per litre of water

had few probs early on with leaves going yellow and holes checked for mites and spiders nothing but problem gone away now (over watering)
do these look ok for a cfl grow any replies in advance many thanks will keep you updated

How far away from the plants are your lights? They look good.

my light hangs above the plants around 4 inches away raised in photo just to take pic of them

I would love to get some UK cheese seeds, I got some of that before from a dispensary and it was amazing. What we're you growing with before CFLs?

yeh i hear alot of ppl raving on this uk cheese. before i had a walk in wardrobe which was huge in my last house but i have limited space now (new house)
i was using a 600w mh for veg last time
and 400w hps for flower was very good setup with exhaust fans endless room to work in good enough for 15 plants a time
cant put mh or hps in as no space and woman refuses to let me cut holes in cuboard LOL hence starting with cfls now

nice plants they look mighty healthy

four inches sound far

i think the light is good where it is the plants are not stretchy infact quite bushy my friend has some cheese growing also not sure if its same strain but his lanky fems need a light closer
if i was using flouros they would b just touching the plant and had bad experiance long time ago putting lights to close wanna b smoking it not cremating it
