First grow week 6 of flower how does it look?

I wouldn't fret for anything right now. It looks to me that you have sativa dominant strains, and it takes a while for some phenotypes to develop stalked trichomes (frostiness), and sativas in general have fewer to start with anyways. Look again at that Maui Waui, your plants have an equal number of trichomes, the maginification is just greater in my photos.

Wait a couple of weeks. You have very well developed colas and no sign of disease. I think you will be happy.

This browning in the leaves is setting in very quickly and im not sure whats causing it. I havent fed nutes in a week and flushed her this morning, could whatever this is be stunting resin production?

I wouldn't hazard a guess, but the pattern shown on your leaves appears to be very distinct. I looked at zinc and magnesium deficiency, as well as nute burn, but your photos don't match exactly. I suspect more experienced members of the board know what this is, and hope that they give advice.

As for this discoloration causing a lack of trichomes, I personally think it's unlikely. The plants overall look healthy, and the trichomes are just late. Think about it, the equivalent in human terms to what you have in your leaves is a "rash". Now a rash can be from things really simply corrected like a diaper rash in a baby, or can run the spectrum to necrotizing tissue destruction and death in adults. Ithink this is a rash, moderate severity, and not being a botonist cannot offer solutions or diagnosis.

Is this a single strain grow?

I appreciate the help Gancacito! Ive looked through forum after forum for what kind of def or burn this is but you're right when you say nothing matches up exactly. That is a very good take on it and it makes me feel better because ive been quite worried ive put all this time, effort, and money into them for nothing. I have 2 of this strain doing the same thing at the same time in flower.

Damn well finish up around the same time then! For sure let me know if you figure it out, is there any possibility yours could be due to drainage? Im in fox farm ocean forset and bought perlite for other plants yesterday and he told me id be alot happier with the performance of the soil mixing it in 50/50 with the OF. is there anyway to add perlite or fix drainage for a plant a few weeks from harvest in a 7 gallon pot ya think?

I think some of those so-touted experts on this board should give their opinions. I don't understand their silence or why they are ingoring a perfectly valid and important question about discoloration of leaves in the 6th week of flower. What's up with that?

i would have to agree.

i haven't looked through this whole thread, just followed the link that led me straight to the 3rd page, but have to ask, what type of medium you're in and what are the temps and humidity levels? also, what type of water are you using?

Im in fox farm ocean forest soil, temps between 72-80, RH 30-40%, the water i used is from refillable jugs at the grocery store. its super filtered and reverse osmosis, i believe it lacks micronutrients so i thought that might be making a difference too....its ph is about 6 but ive been raising it to around 6.7 because i was worried when this started that i was locking out calcium

My tap water has a brown tint due to the rust content because the pipes rusted over in between the time i moved in and when the last owner used water.

Will the rust harm the plants? Like i said im a noob and i figured filtered water would be better than rust filled shit

if anything, just run your water until the rust comes out and make and ph your feed solution and feed. before you do that test your water before adding anything to it, because it might be to hard to even use.

or do as Coho suggested, if you want to keep using the filtered water.

yeah my water softener is actually broken right now so it most likely is too hard to use, is there supplements to buy for cal/mag?
