first grow- white widow

this is my first grow these r pics of all the nuts and materials.. pland started to stretch for the first week so i lowered the light and raised the dirt a little bit so im calling this the first week.. the light is a 1000watt hps xtrasun.. i had 4 germinating but one strechted too much and broke so now 3 .. any suggestions help or comments im open

bump..I also have a 1000 watt mh seutp do u think i should switch out from the walmart cheap 10 dollar growlight..what do u thnks about using olivias cloning soution my mix is one tablespoon to one gallon.
