First Grow with 3 strains

I am growing feminized chocolope, critical, and an auto climax. I am thinking of taking 2 for mothers. 1 of each feminized strain. So far im led to believe you can only take clones from a mother? Not the plant growing. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I do know you can keep the mom alive under 18/6, now can this be done with a veg only light? Last thing, I wanna train my plants, and im gonna lst my auto, im not sure what to do wirh the others or how I should or even when. If someone could help me out, id love you forever lol.

As you first grow, I would advise to stick to one strain until you know what you are doing and more...know the demands of that one strain ..! you can take clones/ cutting from any plant any sex any time, best results are done during mid to late veg. use a 250w Mh is the mom light on for 18/6 or 24/7 you decide, wanna lst/fim an auto do it on the 2nd laterals but for photos do it on the 4th or 5th laterals, time to get a plan going?

ur better with a mother but like ^ said u can get them any time. with a mother she can get larger making clones easier to work with

Three different strains tend to have different demands, not sure that's a wise decision for your first grow at least.

That would've been the smart thing to do, but I wanted a sativa and an indica. The auto, well, it's an auto, I had it, and I threw it in. lol Auto I don't have to worry as much about. thank you, I will have to read that, I could use it.

Awesome, thanks lil roach! reading up right now. im also encountering some health issues right now, not sure if I will top if the plant isn't healthy :/

Well things seem to be going well. got the 2 solarstorms up, the auto is getting hairy, cant wait to see them buds! others are preflowering as well, still runin veg nutes for all of them.

Things are gonna get interesting finally! gonna be isolating the auto, honestly a little scared to switch it from 12/12 to 20/4 as things are going so well. All of them look healthy, although i dont think my photos have stretched yet(no doubling in height) but there has been an increase in height. making me worried cause i dont have too much vertical space. Will take pics soon guys!
