First grow with new setup

Hi everyone, here is what I just started this morning:
I built a dwc using mostly current culture parts. I just plumbed it a little different than they do. I used a homemade aero cloner and used cyclone and clonex. I transplanted some Bruce Banner clones into hydro this morning. I am currently using cyco nutes and hlg bspec 550 light at abut 36 inches in a 4x4 tent. I am hoping I transplanted them correctly as I am new to this. Here are a couple of pics I took during the process. And comments would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everybody. Here are pics @ 1 week. Everything seems to be doing fine so far. Just changed out the res and gave em some fresh nutes. It’s running @ 5.8 and 1040ppm. The pH is moving up .1 per day. I’m wondering if I need to supplement with something with anything else or if Cyco has it completely covered. Any comments appreciated.

Hey thanks man!! Best of luck to you. I’m putting some pics up of it. It didn’t work right at first and then I found out you have to take everything apart and sterilize it. The first time I ran it I used clonex gel, clonex nutes, and Recharge microbes. Did horrible. 50% success rate. Disassembled, scrubbed with bleach and ran again with Cyco cyclone gel, clonex nutes, and no recharge and had 100% success in two weeks. And I found I had to keep water level all the way up to the bottom of the tube the sprayers are in to get enough pressure for them to work well. I have it on a cycle timer @ 45 seconds on an 5 minutes off. I don’t know if this is the best way to do this but it worked great for me. I’ve been told you have to disassemble and scrub everything out every time for good results. The whole project cost about a buck fifty. If you know of any improvements that may be made please let me know. I’m just learning. Oh and again, GOOD LUCK MAN!!

Looks A-1 bro! Cycle timer though??? Why not just have it run constant? Ive always had great result with homemade cloners and store bought ones (even had the super big E Z Cloner like 5 years ago) and always ran them constant.

Ok thank you! I can’t give a valid reason for the timer other than me meandering too far down google street. Next time I’ll try without it. I appreciate the feedback!

Yeah aero, I’m using Expert Gardener plant food. lol
Kinda experimenting with this one while my clones get roots, I’m sure I’ll still get some good bud out of it.

Here are pics @ 17 days. I wanna set up a screen but I have never used one before so we’ll have to just see how it goes. I can use all the help I can get so comments are much appreciated. Everything seems to be ok so far. I’m keeping ph@5.8, solids@1100, res temp@72f, tent temp@75f, humidity@60. I’m fighting the humidity right now. I I fear I need an a/c because the dehumidifier increases temp too much. No major fluctuations in anything. Ph rises about .1 per day. Any tips on when and how to set up screen would be nice. Also any advice regarding when to allow growth tips through in relation to switch to 12/12 and when to prune it. I had planned on vegging it a while longer with a screen, going 12/12, then after a week of transition let the tips through. Then after 3 weeks chop everything left beneath the net that hasn’t already been whacked.

48 day checkup. Ok I just want to start with ”I don’t know what I’m doing!” I repurposed an old golf net via bleach and scissors then just started trying to keep the tips pushed where I want them. i started bloom nutes 3 days before 12/12. I wonder why ph is dropping. Other than that, all seems to be well. any advice welcome.
