first grow with og kush and the purps and texada timewarp

Well here i go...these aren't the best pics....planted an the 28 of April2010....more as i go along. I planted 11 og kush fems but 8 came up..oh well The purps and texada timewarp are germinating. 1 week behind the others, that should't be a problem? Got my seeds ( og) from Dr. greenthumbs..3 day service..(wow) the others from bc dud depot ( 3 weeks ) ouch....

I was interested when I saw you are growing timewarp, but got sad when I saw it was from Bc Bud Depot. They have gotten alot of compaints against them, so you really dont know if you are even getting the real timewarp. Hopefully something will turn out. Ill keep an eye on this thread if you update again.

you bought og kush seeds? hmm as far as I know it's only available in clone form...

good luck with your grow. i am doing og kush right now.

its my first time with this strain and if i could go back and redo one thing, i would have higher ppm nutes. and since i'm in hydro i would only do just this strain cuz my other girls dont like the ppms as high. unless i got another res.

anyways, i notice my buds arent really as tight as on my other plants.
just my 2 pennies.

the explanation of why you can't get a pure or close to, strain of OG from seed is... the original plant was accidentally hermied and self pollinated itself resulting in a few seeds. The males were killed and only clones can be bought of this strain for it to be considered real og kush, anyone selling og kush seeds has hermied them or crossed it with something. I can try to find the article/articles on this if you want...

nah i'll take your word for it. mine are from clone, is it most likely mine are the real shit?
they smell like the real shit.

thx I didnt feel like goin googlin':roll: mine are from clone too from old timers. Yeah id say you have a better shot at pure genes than from seed, but who knows right? link me a pic of your og? Il show you mine if you show me yours ;) :lol:

well this is the vegging mom.
i had a bigger mom but had to kill her due to some bugs.
but this one was a survivor and made it. i'm about to make some clones with her soon.

why do they have all single blades coming out? (colas) I've seen it before and don't know why that is caused... Heres mine at clone then about 15 minutes ago (3 weeks into flower)

on the tops of the bud, you can see just single blades of leaves sticking out, doesn't look like any type of og kush I've ever seen. Not dissing your grow man I''ve just seen guys post pics of that same looking style of cola and had other other guys chime in and say, whoa, lookin really stressed...maybe it's normal I dunno

oh ya i know what you're talking about.

thats what i was saying. it seems like it likes an abnormally high ppm nutes.
i hardly like to take it passed 1200 but ive been pushin 1500 and it seems to love it.
had i of known earlier i woulda been givin it 12-1600 weeks ago.

yeah man I've fed the SHIT outta my og's and they fricken love it haha, I may boost it up a bit even, those bitches cant suck enough :hump:
