they look good, it looks like they stretched a bit but that's fine. when do you plan on flowering?

all those plants are stretching wwaaayyyy to much! you need more light! What are you using now? at four weeks those plants should be a lot more bushy. do some research this site has everything you need.

Im in the proccessing of adding more light but thinkin of flowering in a month or so... when would be a good time to get them to flower?

they need more light and or need to be closer to it, also when u trans plant just barry the stem up untill the first set of leaves so its not so tall, the stem will eventually start new roots, it will make your plants shorter

your overwatering and don't have enough light. if you can, lower the lights toward the plants to make them recieve more light intensity.
