You could always LST them, that way they stay short but you're not compromising your yield. Just a thought. Good luck man.

and also I was thinking about starting the flowering cycle and switching the lights to 12/12... are the plants still to young for this to happen?? and I want to get a decent yield from this too

your plants look good! you can sex them now by switching to 12/12, but they look about 4''-6'' tall, so they would only end up about a foot or so tall. that might be a good height for two plants under a 150 watter. just my thoughts...

really?? I never heard of sexing plants in the 3rd or 4th week of vegging by how fast they grow..... do you use this method often?

so...you think i should just go ahead with it then and switch it to 12/12? Because in the long run I do only have 2 plants and this is my first grow and i would hate to end up with male plants after all that time waiting for them to grow.
