First Grow

I'm starting my first grow in the next couple days. I'm growing as more of a experiment and I'm not expecting much as it is my first. I plan on growing indoor and i acquired some bagseed. I think only two or three of my seeds are going to sprout. I actually want maybe 2 or 3 female plants though. if i get even one female on this first grow, how long will it be before i can clone her? I basically have everything ready for my grow except the lights. I think as this is mostly an experimental grow, ill just use cfl's or floros. I have some super bloom and miracle grow nutes that i plan on using. I plan on starting my sprouts in 2 liter bottles cut in half with holes at the bottom as pots. I thought this would work well because they seem to be the right size and i found a couple of those plastic thing that hold 8 of em'. Then i plan on moving them to maybe 5 gallon buckets or something around that size. Any tips or improvements or things im doing wrong, please tell me!
