Now, please don't laugh at my budget setup:
There are two-2ft balasts, each with two bulbs- I forget the color temps exactly but two are up in the bluish spectrum, two in the red. I believe the bluish are 3000K. There is one of each (blue/red) in each balast. (4 total tube lights)
There's a fan for circulation that blows some air out through the hole where the electric chrods are fed through.
I made the soil out of worm castings, peat moss, some perilite and added a little lime to counteract ferts in the future.
I also have a 3000K CFL that I hung in the middle of them all when I started the 12/12 a few days ago, but it gets pretty hot and some leaves started to curl so I've backed it off for now.
There are six blackberries and one LA women, only the one black (pictured earlier) is showing the balls, the rest nothing yet (hopefully all girls) and the LA women is the tiny one.
I vegged for about 23 days, and have been 12/12 for 7. I'm going for quality over quantity.
That's about it, I'm about to pick up some fertilizer for the flowering, I'm thinking tiger bloom, but am open to suggestions.
Oh yea the one in the back right corner has had some yellowed leaves on the bottom but is recovering. Any advice is appreciated!
