Wow your post is hard to read.

Im guessing your lights are not 200 watt CFLs. They are more than likely packaged as 200 watt equivilants, which would make them 45 watts.

Your plants have about 2 months to go before you change to flower. If your leaves are yellow, you may need more nitrogen. Dont yank them, let them fall off naturally.

Greensister so if they are only 45 watt. 4 lights are not enough for 3 plants also when i goto flowering how many lights should i use on 3 plants. Thanks

Shane I am brand new at this myself. I have four 40 watt 4ft flour 6500k. And two 42 wat cfl 2700k. My plant just barley sprouted. I have four plants. I am told I'm good to go on my lights for veg by many growers. I would advise u to get the long 4ft flour bulbs if space permits as my setup cost me 40 bucks for the long shop lights and thr bulbs!! I believe it will be in veg for 4-8 weeks. Then u need several 42 watt cfls 2700k. Like 2 per plant. This is when u switch ur bulbs and ur light cycle to 12/12. Then it flower form 8-15 weeks if I'm not mistaken.

So call me a jack ass. But i have read as much as i can. So from day one i start with the "daytime" bulbs. Then when do i switch bulbs for "flowering". and when should i take them out of the solo cups. Thanks
Shane

Give them a couple of weeks to veg, transplant them a couple days before you flower, change bulbs when you switch to 12/12 and 100 actual watts per plant is a reasonable rule of thumb. Good luck
