First Grow

i am starting anti mould strain im going to put the 2inch peat pot inside another cup so it wont dry out too fast. my humidity is only 20% too so its impossible too keep the peat pots water correctly in peat pots themselves. how much water in ml should i give it at first to be sure not to over water?

How much growbig should I use? the schedule on the ff site says not to use growbig very often, how often do you guys use it?
