First Grow

Hey guys,
I recently started my first grow (started on the 14th of July), got my seeds - Early Special, off Nirvana Shop, and I just wanted to get some advice from you guys on whether my setup is good, advice on fertilizers etc. I am planting outdoors, with 4 seeds on the roof of an abandoned house, starting up 4 at home and 2 in my garden, later moving them to a more remote place.
You may think it seems like I'm starting my grow far too late, but I live in Asia and we get lovely warm weather with loads of sun all the time .
I started germinating my seeds by placing them on top of a large amount of moist cotton wool in a plastic cup. This seems to have worked quite well, as after 1 night, 9/10 of my seeds have already started growing the main root, which is quite surprising as there was a huge thunderstorm last night, and I couldn't get to the seeds on the top of the roof (they survived and germed).
Well, updates and pictures will be coming at least once a week, do you guys have any recommendations on what type of fertilizers/soil i should be going for?

i am from oz so climates similar
first of all you are going to need some free draining soil.
i think some of your natural soils are pretty fertile,add some animal poop some dead fish if you get any .
and you have all you need ,if you need to fertilize again i would use fish emulsion(a puree of dead fish), and seasol(seaweed extract )
