First growth

Well im obviously a newb here. First of all I have 2 plants that are growing outdoors here. They get approx. 14 hrs sunlight a day. I pulled the seeds out of some fairly decent mid and sprouted them and planted them. The only thing I have done to them is water them, they are approx. 4 months old. Tell me what yall think and any advice would help. Im goin for quality not quantity. Thanks
Also I would Like to ask about the red stems?

small for 4 months. The red stems are not harmful i believe it has something to do with the plants nitrogen not sure they look healthy but a little small for 4 months :\

well like I said this is my first outdoor growth, Im just lookin for some pointers to get the plant to bud as quickly as possible

I was wondering what may speed up the budding process on an outdoor plant. thanks
