All you need is good ole fashion nutrition, no additive for making them swell. Gravity is good for tightening up buds, but it's essentially a poison, so use carefully.

Here are some pics I just took. They are getting super frosty and they're drinking mass water. I think the stretching is done. They haven't gotten any taller in the past few days.

Anyone have any ideas why the hairs on one of my plants are turning orange already? The pics don't do it justice. All the hairs are turning orange and the calyxes are splitting open. No bananas or balls anywhere, but she's acting weird.

I had some LA woman that hairs turned orange at 5 weeks. It ended up finishing in like 7 even though it was suppose to be a 8-9 week strain. Then I ran it another time and it took more like 8 weeks to finish. I would just advise you to watch out for balls, it may overdevelop and you may need to chop it early. Just watch for the signs, nothing you can really do to change when shes finishes.

Ok I just did the math and I'm on day 35 of flowering. I thought I was 6 weeks in, I'm glad it's only 5. Things make more sense now. Buds are continuing to grow at a regular pace and I'm looking forward to the next few weeks!

As far as the hairs turning orange i think its probably just the strain, my la confidential skunk is starting to turn orange and its been flowering for not quite a month..
