it is Mylar then bubble wrap making a air barrier then another sheet of Mylar ..........it is the Mylar and air barrier that does the trick the Mylar reflects the heat back the air barrier keeps it from transferring to the other side

they come in rolls 4 feet tall and 50 100 feet long

basically u lay one in the center than u over lap it little with the next one just a inch or 2 use double sided tap and seal it down

pooping the air bubbles are a no no that is that is hiding u ....they keep the temp at one steady rate so when the IR camera looks in they only see a room /area at the outside temp .....no massive hot spot glowing yelling come over here and knock on the door with warrant

have you thought about just insulating, home depo sells r13 rolls at 16in centers for 10 bucks roll. i think there is like 5 sheets 16in by 8ft in the compact roll.that is also harder for thermal imaging to pickup and with ac hanging out it could also be a air controled storage shed like we have in texas. i would put the insulation up with duct tape and then screw in some 1x1s in to strap it in.cut hole were needed when u decide to quit you can buy roof flashing tin to repair holes.home depo also sell 4x8 sheets of insulated poly-iso boards they have one white side one reflective side sells for i think it was 13 bucks a sheet when i built my room. i will almost bet there will be no issues with thermal imaging with locked door on your climate controlled storage locker ,can u dig it.just do all your wiring before u hang all insulation and when you think u have enough power receptacle add some more u gonna need them eventually.

yeah man, if you want to do a veg and flower side split,i noticed you had a a frame ceiling that foam board is so light that you can make a make shift wall straight down the middle with light wood frame to hold it all up,also notice structure has three support rails to hold sheet metal-screw in top and bottom rails with a pc of cardboard to keep screw from going threw foam board and run your exhaust fan out under the ac hanging in the wall and all they will never no anything but the heat coming out the ac condenser,not thats thinking outside the box dude.i suggested all this cause your going to think about all that salt air to.with carbon filter hooked up to fan u should be good. let me no how you do it in the end.
