Also I don't believe in only placing lights over head. I think throwing slightly weaker lights than the over head lights discourages stretching, yet still properly feeds the plants with CFL lights.

thanks for the help i put a 2700k in the middle instead of the purple uvb and plants are loving it

Day 14 i just woke up and checked the ladies and 3 of them have yellowish orange color on the leaves what could it be ??

possibly N deficiency, you might need to start feeding them.

Chronic, there should be a link to my journal in my signiture if you're lookin for more ideas. Walmart shelving unit wrapped in black/white poly. Looks to me though your little buddies are doin fine in what you already got goin for them.
