I like to give them a little water before giving fertilizers let it soak in for a while and it works great. I mist my ladies and foliage feed too. I hit them with nutes every second watering when they are that small but if you've brunt them once I'd hold off for a week. Unless they show of nutrient problems

Oh, good. That should help. Not sure about growing 3 in one pot but I'm not a cabinet grower. Does that ever work out? Hard to imagine them producing well so crowded.
As it is bag seednimnun aware of ghe male to female ratio, when I flower them I will remove the neccesary ones, if all three are females, mi will veg two outside all summer and so on

Thats a good idea, as I feelmthis self drainingnpot drains a littlemtoo fast, in theory wasting nutrients

I have decided to feed 1 ml of each A and B DNF on sunday ( regular feed day) so one week since over feeding and 5 days since 3 gallon flush , the soil is already drying up so I assume by sunday the roots will have soaked up enough O2 And are ready for a light feeding, new growthe as of two days after flush, the FIM'D one still looks bad but hey it might recover

A little late to the convo but doesn't help to add some advice.

Here is what I suggest, save some money and get the following:

Jacks Classic 20-20-20 ($10-15 online) - This alone will last you several grows if not years (Considering you're doing cabinet) and it's the best fertilizer in many peoples opinion.

Combo lighting MH/HPS (Varies depending on wattage, but they are generally $50-125 for a entire setup with accessories) - This will last you forever in theory, and will help when you might possibly want to upgrade in the future, you'll already have the lights. Also because you'll see a huge difference when using a 200W+ MH or HPS vs CFL, and yes you can do a cabinet grow with a HID, just look at google.

PPM Meter ($5-10) - last a lifetime and saves you headaches with over feeding or under feeding.

In the future, you'll want to avoid soil growing unless you're experienced with growing MJ already.
Soil can be a pain in the ass for newbs, or a pain in general. I personally prefer soilless aka coco coir, once you try it, you won't go back, it's that easy.

If you need help just ask.

Also as for the self draining pot, you always want to drain, never have your roots sitting in water unless they're hydro.
Can cause a bunch of issues in the long run, and it'll be a bitch if it happens near the end of flowering.

hey man, all help/info is absorbed and appreciated, is there a way to add friends on this site or to PM? if so you seem to know you stuff and wouldnt mind bending your ear when i need some help. although i realize the nature of what were doing and solitude is also your choice, no pressure

as for hps/mh/hid i didnt know they run that cheap? 50 to 125 is affordable i would get a 125 watt if anything, which light produces the least heat? i heard mh is better than hps spectrum wise?

also, this coco coir theory how does this go? if your talking hydro then i dont want the worry of water ( as i know how finnicky dealing with it is having expensive tropical fish)

the reason i chose CFL in the first place was obviously price( the whole box cost me about 20$ lol) and its pretty decent i only bought bulbs. the rest i got from work ( easy to make a nice hood in a metal shop) or busted old lamps for the wiring/sockets
but the BIGGEST reason i chose CFL was simply because i have too many damn hobbies, to be constantly focusing on it, i didnt want to worry about heat ( which is oronic because i am) i didnt want to sketch out over the electric, i just wanted easy so if there is a way to have this coco stuff with CFL im all for it

Here is what I suggest:

http://www.amazon.com/iPower-GLSETX400DHMWING20T-400-watt-Digital-Dimmable/dp/B00CQ8IHL8/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1399060157&sr=8-5&keywords=Ipower+400w

That is my personal choice, I use two of them, and my plants are monsters. Wish I would have went with 2x 600W, but I've had these for over 5 years.

Since you're going small, I could suggest this:

http://www.amazon.com/Sun-System®-Grow-Light-Fixture/dp/B001JL0BWG/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1399060199&sr=8-2&keywords=200W+MH+ballast

If you want to go smaller, then this:

http://www.amazon.com/Hydrofarm-FLCDG125D-Fluorowing-Compact-Fluorescent/dp/B001UV6P9I/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1399060298&sr=8-4&keywords=Grow+light

Coco Coir is hydro, but a very very very forgiving type of hydro.
I can't really put it into words, but I'm sure many will tell you for people just starting off Soilless > everything else. Coco coir = Soilless.

You won't have to worry about water, it's not DWC, its like soil, but no soil.

You could also look into T5s, but that might be too big for your space.

I don't know how to add friends since I just PM people I need to talk to, but you can click on someones user and go to their profile and do all sorts of things, including PM.

Here's how I see it. You have 2 square feet and 162 watts of cfl, that's plenty of light plus you can adjust your spectrum by adding or subtracting cool and warm lamps. Heat from a mh and hps is higher and with the limited space (Height) that no ones taking into consideration and with 40 inches of height to work with minus 10 or so for the pot and keeping a mh/hps 8 - 10 from the tops of plants and I'd keep it at least 4-5 inches from the top of the space you're left with a plant space of 15 inches on the heavy side and your starting with bag seeds and you may have a indica or sativa dom plant that may quickly out grow the space when your pouring the nutes to her so 15 inches won't last long.

If I were you and this was my first indoor grow I'd just K.I.S.S "Keep It Simple Stupid" it. I'd get a contain as close to 15 x 20 as I could maybe 10 -12 inches in height with a flat lid. I'd drill drain holes around the container and on the bottom and use the lid as my overflow pan/dish I'd put some rocks around the drain holes (inside the container) and fill with soil per mixed with nutes (Super Soil). I'd then wait to see which plant is female and throw her back under 24 hours light to veg a little more and clone the bitch. If 4 lived I'd then put them in the container even spacing veg for a week or two and kick them into 12/12. Maybe just run pure cool lamps for the first week of bloom then switch to the warm lamps. And just water with tap water and bobs your uncle you have pot. Start simple work your way up to more complex techniques. You have fish equipment and want to get techie and get an ec/ppm/ph meter get another container like the one mentioned above get a hole saw and a fish air pump and air stone and make a small DWC setup. But that's just me.

Good Luck :bigjoint:
