First indoor grow, please give some tips!!!

Found this seed and started as a joke but has turned out surprisingly well

Organic soil with pearlite
Water every three days
Veg stage lasted 10 weeks
Veg light was household cfl/fluorescent with part time 250w infrared
Now on second week of 12/12 flowering light cycle
flowering lights 250w infrared with 2 cfl and 2foot vertical grow light tube
Oscillating fan on 24/7

Please post your thoughts, tips, and opinions.

Looks like you have taken great care of your plant. also looks like a hermie and therefore you should kill it and start some new seeds. Sorry and good luck

Could just get a feminized seed and not worry too much. Most of them wont hermie unless you stress them, though most people wrongly blame the genetics.

Just start over. Next time, you could take a branch, make a clone off it, and force it too flower earlier so you kow if its a male or not. That way you dont waste time and nutes flowering a whole useless plant. Dont grow it out, and bleack your space after. The pollen can get everywhere ,even worse with fans

So what do you mean by 250w infrared? Is it not a high power sodium, HPS?

Im not positive.

All I know is it's a Sylvania and says 120v infrared 250w on the bulb

Works great though, it puts off good amounts of heat that keep the plant reaching to grow

And I would guess its not an hps, I found it in a closet upon moving into my new house. Its shaped like a bigger flood light but with no diamond like glass kn the face. Probably about 10 inches in diameter.
