hey first time posting about this, always been a little paranoid. Anyways...Someone i knows was growing and had like a bunch of plants but he stretched them out because he wasnt sure when to add light, most of them died and the guy gave the 3 plants that survived to my friend, they were realllly streched, like 6 inches tall and it was a seedling.
So he got these 3 plants and put them under 1 like 75 CFL and 1 regular 55-75-125 or something light bulb. They are now about 20 inches and are not bushy at ALLL lol. So the 75 CFL is under the two smaller plants and the 125 thing is under the 1 bigger one.
Like there are kinda a lot of leaves and the bottom small leaves are getting new ones coming in, but will he have to veg for like another month? It's been 1 month of veg as of now.
Sooo idk what to tell him to do..Also, would it be ok to just gently take a plant out of the pot and put it into the ground of where he lives?

okay... First things first. The plants will be fine if you give them a good new home. I've seen the most abused plants come back and grow up healthy, strong and bud filled. I need to see a pic of what your working with... asap. You will probably need to keep vegging for another couple weeks and get some new healthy upper growth going on and strengthen the stalks. To do this you are going to have to go and get an oscillating fan that spreads the air out between the plants, making them fight and toughen up in the air sweeping over them.
what is your room setup?;

-what kind of exhaust/intake do u have?

- how much space (lengthxwidthxheight)

- nutrients?

- light schedule?

yes you can safely bury a plant in the ground. You have to dig about 2 feet down and about a foot to a foot and a half wide x length for each plant and fill with quality soil (drains well) look up a good mix for soil growing, cheap to make.
