First plant first time growing anything from seed

So I have posted pictures of this exact plant here before. It's from a regular seed and I made the mistake of misidentifying it's gender. As this was the first seed that sprouted I didn't think it would survive all the over-watering and multiple transplants which also damaged the roots. I also messed up the light cycle several times during the veg stage and not to forget the nutrients burns. This plant has gone through plenty to say the least. Here are few pics from the seedling and Veg stage .
So how long should I leave it in the flower stage? currently it's 39th day of flowering. Should I flower it longer than 70days(10 weeks) since I held this plant back so much? There are plenty of trichomes showing up on the leaves. Also older stigmas as turning brown while new white ones are popping out. Is this normal?

I can, they look good, maybe a little undersized, but good.
