She's getting thick. I don't know how mold resistant that strain is, but you might want to get another fan blowing on that bush.

Not sure about the mold issue but will definitely get a bigger fan. I've neglected to do so because of the ambient temp of 21 c. But it needs more movement your right. Thank you for reminding me as this looks prone to foxtailing. Im trying to really have a differential between day and night temps, and general low day temps to avoid foxtailing. well see...

Nothing much.. Day 30 of 12/12m - Some might say half way there. Shes getting plump very fast. Its drinking alot now, about 3-5 liters every 24hr.

If this one plant , turn her once in awhile to get some light on the lower Budsites.
She looks very healthy - very nice. Looking forward to seeing the buds from this strain.

Thanks! It's one plant. Veg for 41 days. Ive never had one so healthy going into flower. I rotate it 45 deg a day. I have a few 150w hps i could use as side lighting but its so inefficient im probably better off financially and yield getting a 600 or 1000w. What do you think?

I'm new so no help on the light but that's an AWSOME looking plant man!

Obviously the light you are using is doing well for you. I think on your next run do
a SCROG setup to even up the canopy better. This plant will be nice at harvest.

If your temps are on par and this is the kind of plant you can get with your setup , you can also buy ANOTHER 400w and work them together. ( better light overlap ) .

Yes I have started a 5 gal DWC. O.G... I plan to scrog. Any thoughts on the right dimensions for each "square" I found trellis netting too large?

LSD is one of their strains that I am in love with and have been for years now. Your friends probably wont like it tho. If you grow it right, that shit is seriously strong. I like it, but it isn't for the casual smoker at all. If you like it, check out Medical Channel+. Heavy Weight Fruit Punch, and DNA Holy Grail Kush. I have grow those strains several times and they are always ass kickers.

One thing tho, stop removing the leaves. It causes the plant to stall and will hurt your overall yield. Lolli a bit if you must just after the stretch is done (aprox week 3 of flower), but that's it. You are removing the plant's food source when you take those healthy leaves. It get's food from the leaves significantly more than through the little leaves on the buds. I promise the buds below them will grow just as big even tho they are not in direct light. The leaves will makes sure they are fed.

I got this strain because its suppose to melt your face off if like you said its grown right.

I'm keeping a 10-13 deg differential between night and day so i hope to have some quality.

I will definitely be looking for yours guys opinions on when to harvest when we go down that road. I need to get a usb microscope cam... Or something. Although shooting through a jewelers loop isn't rocket science.

And duly noted on pulling leaves. I think in that case ill put the two 150 w on either side of my 400. Go for 700w total ISH... Top down.

No prob. She is a melter, rest assured. You might not even like it at first. If you wanna fuck with her and make her even nastier, for the last week she is growing, get your RH down as low as possible (20% or lower if possible) and give her really cold water to drink. I wont tell you what will happen, you will have to just wait and see. It wont piss you off is all I will say.

For checking the trics, just get a cheap scope from any grow shop online or ebay. If you have a good camera on your phone, you can use that too and just zoom in. The trics on LSD were fucking huge every time I grew her and were pretty easy to tell that she was done. LSD is pretty fast and predictable. I just cut her down week 9 every time and she was perfect, but I do that with a lot of strains that I have grow several times. Channel + is a super fast strain. I had one finish in 7.5 weeks with 4.5 zips. I cut them down at week 8 every time without checking and they are also perfect. You will get to a point where you don;t use the scope much and just rely on your experience. For example, they will stop drinking when they are done so it is common for me to watch the tops of the pots to see which plants are still wet three days after I watered them. If you are around week 8-9 and they soil is wet three days after watering, cut that fucker down, she is done.

Not starting the flush at week 8, just giving it really cold water for the final week. I give them a solid 2 weeks of straight water and/or water and blackstrap molasses. Add 1/2 to 1 tspn per gallon of water.

The low humidity spurs the plant into protecting itself. It knows it needs moisture and that budrot is bad. So, low RH will cause her to cover herself with bigger and more trics as a means of defense. The cold water will just make it change colors (purple, blue, etc) and I think it shocks her into more tric production.

This Super Lemon Haze got the low RH and cold water treatment (this pic is a few years old but was an awesome example). The leaves looked almost black, but the buds stayed the nice lime green. As you can see, the weed sucked and you wouldn't want to smoke it.

Well someone just said not to defoliate. Their seems to be a 50/50 thought behind to defoliate or not. I always have, so this time I am not. I did remove some however nothing compared to a proper defoliation around week 3. But will not do it anymore per advise from another user. Well see how it goes. So far so good.
