first real leaves yellow but still strong

alright so i have a plant that is now 23 days in and im using a 23 watt cfl 2700k i know not the best i think it might be like a 3200 or something but i no its got the red spectrum and i have my first 5 fingered leaves starting to come out i can see three fingers of it and im just guessing it will be 5 fingered cuz i have my first real ones then the 3 fingered then the 5 fingered starting to come out so anyway i just started giving it some nitrogen water with a 3rd of the directed amount per gallon plus i dont give it a gallon every time i give it like a cup full and over the past about week ive noticed the first real ones getting yellow and now there really bright yellow but still very thick and slowlly growing bigger and everyday i see the leaves growing bigger and no other leaves have this problem i just stopped the nitrogen and started superthrive yesterday and i dont know if i need both neather or if ones bigger than the other i just really wanted to give it some superthrive because in the past it has worked amazingly and i know it gives massive root systems so i dont really know if i should cut them off or just let em be theres no stunted growth but itf there will be i want to stop it before it starts any adv ice is greatly appreciated

i cut off the yellow leaves but now the ones that came rigth after them are gradually getting browner and cruchy dead lookin leaves and its just a baby i topped it a few days ago to keep it tiny and stealth but still yield i decant amount i also changed from 24 hours light to 14 10m off cuz i know this thing needs some time to rest i have no idea what to do hear if i should cut off the dead ones or the tips that are dead someone know whats going on?????
