First Run! Looking for opinions

So my build out is at least partially usable and we are getting close to chopping the first run. This is our first time growing anything and we dove right off into the deep end. I feel like the next few weeks is the most critical and I figured I would ask for input…

we’re running GMO in 1 gal coco bags. Drain to waste using Jacks 321. I’ve pretty much followed their schedule except supplemented more epsom at times. The room has 9- 650w Meijiu 8 bar lights. 36k btu mini split. At times I have struggled to control the environment as much as I would like. I think it’s close now after adding another dehumidifier but I will address it more in between runs.

My plan is to run normal nutrients for another day or two and then switch to Jacks Finish for 7 days, and then flush for 4-7 days.

How do they look considering they are 2-ish weeks out? Just generally what do you see that needs to look better?

Those plants are full on flowering. The end is a ways away.
@Herb & Suds & suds is right. Could be longer

Edit.... Do not flush anytime soon. If you cant help yourself, at least wait till all pisitls are brown

So let’s say a normal flower time is 80 days, and because I’m new and I suck at everything they need to go 100 days. What would be my risks or drawbacks other than time? by the way I have no care at all about time. If this run goes over by several months but still somehow produces quality… I would be ECSTATIC

I guess a good question to ask is what are the drawbacks of extending the flower time?
You should be asking the drawbacks of not extending the following time.

The drawback to extending flowering time is $ (nutes, environment controls, lights, etc), seats taken up for that extra time so can't start the next run.

Patience. Treat'em right and they'll be some fat little girls.
Some of us older growers let a bud or plant ripen more than usual for that 'different' effect. Personally I keep a jar of bud that's for wake up, one for daytime functioning and one jar to knock my old ass out.

Your plants look very happy. Just keep up what you're doing till they are done

With your current lighting and what info I have
I doubt you suck at growing or are even off schedule
It takes a couple runs for me to even dial in new plants
And running from clones is always my end goal so I know what to expect as far as feed and harvest schedules
You are doing fine as long as you don’t make the most common mistake
Harvesting early :wall:

Well if you have a microscop even those shitty 3 dollar ones you put them on phone and zoom with phone. You will see tryhomes.now no color ones will fuck you up fast high really strong but goes away really fast.then you have milky white those are full of thc. Long nice high best to pick.
Last is brown those are old stayed too long they will make you go sleepy sleepy. You should usually pick when you have all white ones and mayve 10-20% brown for best high

You guys all kick ass thank you!! I took some more pictures today, what do you think? I’m still waiting on a microscope to get here in the mail
Looking great. Different strains take different amounts of time to finish. It's probably nothing your doing. Keep doing what you're doing. But those have weeks left. Probably 4 or more.
