It doesn't look like light damage. Maybe overwatered, but stems usually turn purple when overwatered, ime. Time will tell now. Just keep a good eye on her, and be easy on the watering.

Dr organic living soil,I was told from the supplier it’s good to use straight from seed
These plants live no matter how hard we try to kill them. Too easy to overwater them, not that easy to under water them. (unless you take off for a weeks vacation )
