First Stealth PC GROW - A few questions

Hey guys. So I am thinking of doing a bagseed PC grow, and had a couple questions. First off, would my best lighting option be CFL's with good lumens for different stages? I'm trying to have a good grow but spend minimal cash ... Next, I was wondering since it is bagseeds would there be enough room to veg 2 plants incase one is a male? And when I spot if it is or not remove it? And if there 2 females would they both fit? Any input at all on my setup would be greatly appreciated, thanks for looking!
