Particularly being your first endeavors with said solvent.

My very first run looked very similar, then I dealt with many shitty runs, and finally got a consistent finished product after a while.

With as much detail you are focusing on, you are on your way..

Thanks for the support sirdabsalot462...It is nice to get all this help, I just wish I could contribute more. Even with this weird tube, I have gained enough confidence to know this is something that I can make safely...and I will be working to improve it the best that I can. I have ordered a pyrex 30gram tube, I am excited to give this a try...
