Hi everybody,
First time grower here in SW Ontario, Canada. About ready to harvest, and deciding where to dry.
We would prefer to use our outdoor shed - but ONLY if we can get guarantee no mold or rot.
Shed is just a wood shed, uninsulated, with lots of open air including open windows, completely open roof attachment, and completely open entryway (door removed.) Shed would provide shelter from falling rain and sun, however, it will get some ambient light.
Is this a good place to try? Weather is not too cold yet, however there is a storm in the forecast. Will rainy days screw this all up? Or is one or two rainy days ok, if air flow is guaranteed? Would you recommend setting up a fan, or not drying in this shed at all?
Appreciate any help or experience you may have.
Looking forward to learning more and contributing to this community.
