First time grow - Feedback needed

I have taken care of quite a few plants and have taken over growing some friends plants, but overall I have very little experience.
I got these two plants as clones from a buddy they were fully rooted and about 7 inches tall, they said one was BC Bud and the other was some kind of BC hybrid, both cloned from Female mother plants. I'd like to find out if people think they could be descendants of BC bud or what they think they could be. Also I'd like to know whether they're Indica or Sativa. Heres pictures from when I first got them..

BC1

BC2
Now I've had them for about 3 1/2 weeks in a small closet without much room but they're going pretty good under 2 3' fluorescents, unfortunately they're just regular tubes not intended for growing. I have plans to either build a real small grow area, something about the same size as the grow tubs I've seen on here except with wood. i transferred them into 5 gallon buckets about 1 week ago.
Here they are now.

More or less I don't have any specific questions I just need feedback in general, I'd like to clone the shit out of these plants and just start over and I'm trying to do things the cheapest way possible, so any info would be a big help. I'm still combing through the threads on here learning more and more, this thread will continue and I'll report progress and changes I make along with new questions.

BC 1: The straight BC
BC 2: The BC Hybrid

Thinking about using CFLs for budding, low on cash and dont need my light bill jumping another 100$.. What's everyone think? Anyone with CFL experience?

I've been gorwing for my first time using CFL and I love them so far but I'd proibly use at least 10 CFl bulbs for 1 plant

Do you think in the long run this would make a big difference on my bill compared to using fluorescents?

That aint bad
I just went to canadian tire yesterday and bought 2 packs of 2 26 watt cfl they're 1700 lumens each that with 2 Y sockets cost $31.00. This is just for sprouting so you buy 2 more every month and it won't get pricey
Good Luck :)

Shit, Well thanks for the info the more I know the better decision I can make. So far I'm thinking I'm going to build a place for vegging and use CFLs, not sure how many, for that.
Then I'm going to rig up my flowering spot with the 2 3' fluorescents I all ready have and hopefully I can build up the number of fluorescents I have pretty quick and get either a couple more 3's or 3 or 4 2's. Not exactly sure what I'm going to do for my clone spot... any suggestions? Just 17 Days.. Damn do I wish I could get some of my own Homegrown for that..

What I'm looking to find out is.. Please do not refer me to other threads, I realize they're there.
-If anyone has experience with budding under fluorescent tubes? If so what size was the flowering area, size of the tubes, number of tubes, number of plants, size of plants? I will be working with 2 plants at a time, no bigger then 4 feet tall including a pot/bucket.
-How far away from each other should plants in flower be? Just enough to not touch/overlap?
-Besides the ones all ready on here, suggestions on how many CFLs per plant for vegging from small clone for about 6 - 8 weeks.

Thanks:joint:
