First time grow, having problems with plants

They're sitting under a 600w HPS (overkill for only 6 clones, I know - I wanted room for expansion :hump:), had it about 2 ft away, just raised it a bit. I only water when the top inch or two of soil is dry, and I usually alternate with plain pH'd water, and nutes at 1/4 strength (or less). They have only been under the HPS for a few days, I originally was using CFLs until I realized that I drastically under calculated the wattage I needed.

It stays around 70-77 degrees F during the night and day, respectively. Humidity about 35-45%.

It looks to me like I'm either under watering, or the plants were too close to the hps(or both), but this is my first grow so I don't really have a clue.

Any help for this newb is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Forgot to add that I'm about to move those into larger containers.

they are starving for nutrients...dont ever use clear cups for pots unless you wrap them to not let light in...do you have holes in the bottom to drain out the excess water? Give them nutrients STAT...and don't water until its dry...the top 1-2" of soil "dry" isn't dry all the way through...you will just rot out the root system by keeping the medium moist...let it dry out, but give it a feeding now with some nutrients

Cool thanks man. I put em into some bigger pots and gave em some Grow Big. I prolly need to get some Calcium though? I don't think Grow Big has calcium in it that I can see, and those weird lookin holes on that last plant kind of look like a calcium deficiency it seems to me.

But like I said I'm a newb haha, what do you think man?

Yes, looks like Ca deficiency. FoxFarm nutrients don't contain calcium. If your water is very soft (the NW is particularly bad for this) then I'd probably bet on it. I prefer molasses for micronutrients myself, at a concentration of about 2 tsp per gallon to start, up to 1 tbsp per gallon at full strength every other watering. You can also foliar feed with an Epsom salts solution (also has magnesium, which it also looks like you're lacking), but it's been so long since I've used that I can't tell you the concentration (should be easy to find on the forum). It also looks like you might be underwatering as well. I think the "2 inch rule" applies more to growing size containers (like 3-5 gallon) than starter cups, but someone else will have to chime in on that one. I usually go straight from peat pellets to a 5 gal container and grow from seed, but I would think the 2 inch thing would be too dry for little keg cups like that. Good luck, mate.
