FIRST TIME GROW**Og Kush* all CFL

well this is my first ghetto grow and its about 39 days into flowering and they seem to be doing fine.. the only problem is that sum of the bottom fan leaves are turning yellow then almost pink and then they die off, is that normal ?.

im using botanicare "Pure Blend" (soil formula PRO BLOOM) (1.5-4-5).

i water about every 3-4 days:blsmoke:.

Nice job!!! The yellowing of the larger fan leaves is normal due to the buds are using the stored energy from light to feed the flowers until ripe.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

yes yellowing of bottom leaves normal,hope to see some crystally nugs at the end of this =)

that looks like my og kush plants too, im exactly the same in flowering time at day 40 , they look identical in size and shape, you have at least 4 more weeks until harvest so keep up the good work.

thanx for the pic ..ya they look similar..i wish my house had the power to support an HPS, the power keeping tripping durring the summer cuz its so hott here (110 degrees) so im pretty much stuck with 1 125w full spectrum CFL, 2 14w daylight CFL's and 1 55 watt CFL.

lookin sexy, great grow those nugs will fill out even more in the next few weeks, i tried no nutes on my 1st grow and probally would've gotten 2x's the yield if i used nutes. Oh well experiments. Keep it up i'll be watching.

dude im fuckin tellin ya CFLs rip man.. i know hps is HID lighting an all but check out my 1st grow 1st DWC thats all CFLs too... mad props homie on the grow man.happy to another CFL rager.... :hump:

oh and id wait till about half the hairs are orange.. i did that with my harvest was only bag seeds but tastes like fruity pebbles

cool , ya im thinking now i should go out an buy a reflector for my 125W CFL...i usually just have it hanging there:roll:....so does OG kush or any other weed usually bulk up around the 6th week ?...and thanks everyone for the comments

honestly man i think CFL since its not a HID lighting it doesnt get you the thick ass buds.
still get great taste and smell just not dense.:hump:
