I broke my Main stem in half trying to LST it. it hung on by a small portion of the outer skin. I propped it back up and splinted it. I only lost one leaf. the plant is going strong and i have lst'd it after it healed. its a white russian. tough lil plants!

Oh snap.... Carbon filters attached. Will show later. Also attached humidifier to a reflective shield for the cfls clamps... to the smaller end. the bigger side is attached to the humidifier so its blowing up into the vent through the shield. duct taped around. dunno if this will work... but humidity has been dropping a little...

The carbon filter was about $55. I ordered it. then I just rigged it up to my exhaust van and stuff and the humidifier just connected to the passive intake. So I built the whole system with store bought items, or did you just mean the carbon filter? It has an expectancy of 1.5 years life. I did the math and this would save money rather than me making a DIY carbon filter.

Ay! Now I know why my humidity has dropping to. I was thinking it might be because its getting colder and what you just said fixed my assumption.

So all in all. Colder Areas become less humid

well sorta, usually the cooler it is the dryer the air is so less humidity, it can still be cold and have higher humidity, just depends on what part of the country or wold youre in. but like here in florida with this cold front that came through, its real dry right now, the windows are open, no heat or air on and its like, funny, just looked and its 61 degrees and 69% humidity, see what i mean, if was only that in the veg box, that would be perfect, LoL.

Ah, I seeeee lol 61F 69% I see what you mean lol. Well, this morning it was 50% humidity and about 80F with the lights on when i opened it

yeah, it went to 46 here over night and the humidity was high about 70%, now its 71 and the humidity is less than 30%. kinda like in the box. with the lights on, the humidity goes way down, with them off, it goes up. dam, this is like being in school again, LoL. learning good stuff though.

oh no, not the box, LoL. that was outside last night and today. my veg box ranges from a low of 73 up to 86 and the humidity is 20 to 30% right now. lights off, low temp, high humidity. lights on, high temp, low humidity. which is to low for vegging, might put small wet towel in pie pan in there and see if it raises the humidity some.

It probably will raise the temp some. I did this but eventually the towel goes dry and you have to re-wet. It is really cool tho.. we learn to create artificial environments. BTW over night the youngins seemed to have shot up and look really really happy... they got fresh CO2 mixtures in the two bottles today and I think the feeding yesterday made them very happy.

Yeah man... I dunno if its working or not.. I feel like it is.. BUT its soooo easy so I figured why not?! it can't hurt. Just active yeast, sugar, and water. You can get creative with how you want it like drips and stuff but I just figured I had some space at the moment so stick it in! Once I figure out the sexes I might end up adding some light if I have space. Really, I just have to wait to see how many females then I can rearrange. It has been hard with such limited space... uh oh... next time its gonna be bigggggger... hahahah
