First time grow planning stage

I'd like to run this by you guys and gave you tell me first if it's feasible and second is it efficient.
My potential grow space is 7' tallx3'widex1.5'deep=32cuft grow space located in my garage. I live in fl and we are entering the cooler months so the temp shouldnt be an issue. I'll be doing 3 five gallon buckets dwc with two air stones in each bucket. I will be using cfl lights while observing the minimum 5k lumens per sqft of grow space. I haven't decided on nutes yet(suggestions please) and I'll have a panasonic whisper line fan pulling 320cfm combined with a carbon filter and maybe even an ozone generator depending on the smell. This needs to be ultra stealthy seeing how the person I live with does not dig pot. Also, I'm wondering if I can just drill a 3-5" hole in the top of this closet and the in-line fan would pull in fresh air as it expels the closet air?
Is there anything I left out?
I'm not going for huge numbers, but with some luck I expect at least 3oz of good quality bud. This is for personal use bc I'm tired of dealing with sellers.

It's gonna at least make some sound... if your room mate is in the same room with that thing, he's gonna ask 'wtf is that thing?'

That is definitely a concern. The good thing is it's going to be in a garage and im going to try and create some noise out there to mask the fan. I've read that the whisper line is one of the quietest there is.

Few questions? How often do they go into the garage? If they don't go in there often, getting something like air filters, look for nosey ones, in the house could mask the noise of the fans out there. They probably won't notice until all is quite and they still here a noise, and search it out to find out where its coming from. If they go out into the garage rather frequently, then...well, thats going to be ALOT harder. With that said, using cfl's heat isn't as much of an issue, so you may not have to have the fans on all the time. If you know there's a time there at work, using a timer would help. Or maybe have it timed to only be on when their asleep.

Thats going to be tough to hide. You will need a carbon filter for smell and the fan will make noise. Probably best to tell roomate because I think your going to have a hard time keeping it under wraps.

Just how bad is the situation? Can the person be talked to or is it a not-gonna-budge situation?

I agree that it will be next to impossible to hide for the entire duration of the grow.
