if you add more soil to the cups it will help support the stalks so you do not have to tie them to anything. lowering your lights will help them to not stretch to much. the more they stretch the further the spacing between the nodes will be and the further between the nodes will give you small stringy buds.. Also if it stretches to much there is a chance it will become heavy and could fall over and snap the stalk and then your just fucked.

Not been funny but your stem is looking very stretched posibly because the light was originally up so high but i would watch out cos if it grows stretched it wont bud nd support itself. also if possible loose the foil and paint it gloss white (reflects the light without getting spots which might burn the leaves bit like magnyfying glass skool boy trick it heats up when it is in a point) i will be uploading my new babies pm me and ill show u pics of my old plant which were stretched it is not nice though

get a small oscelating fan on them and when you trans plant them put down into dirt almost up to leaves part below soil line will grow roots and girls wont look like olive oil on popeye cartoons
