first time grow questions

Hi forum! first off, this website is awesome! and im stoked to be able to get my questions answered by people with ACTUAL experience :bigjoint:.
Im just starting my first grow and i already have 20 successful seedlings, 10 auto purple and 10 auto skunk. Im planing on growing outdoors here in Canada and i have encountered some things im not shur of;
-first off, 6 of my seedlings (2 days old) are in my homemade PC box with a 42W flouro. is that enough light?(its about 1square foot of grow space.)
-Also, I dont currently have a fan, i want to get one so the stems get strong, but were could i find one that is small enough? and how powerful should it be?
-its already mid June and the first frost will be in mid-late September, they are auto flowering seeds but i don't know if i will have enough time for them to be harvest-able before the frost. any sudjestions?
- when should i transplant my babies into the ground outside? (how old/big should they be?)
- should i keep my seedlings on a 24h light cycle?
sorry to bombard with questions, but im very new to this, iv done ALOT of research but some stuff is very difficult to get a strait answer to. i can give pictures if needed.

- Like Coho said get an oscillating fan
- No idea where you are so I don't know when the frost kicks in, but autos will usually finish from seed in 10-11 weeks tops.
- I would transplant around week 2 or whenever the plant has 4-5 nodes, whichever comes first.
- I'm a fan of 20/4, but 24/0 works as well. I just save on a bit of electricity and only lose 4 hours of light.

thanks alot for answers. Iv never gotten replies so quickly before. one other thing, I have my seedlings in groups of roughly 5, some on a window sill, some under a lamp and some in my pc box, i rotate through their different spots due to lack of space to grow. Some of my seedlings however have developed long spindly stems that but dont have much leaveyness at all. is this bad? what should i do?

Hmm. Sounds like your plants are reaching for more light.

Grow those autos in pots outside. I'm sure they will be finished by the time the frost hits.
