When you switch light schedule a lot of people put them in the dark for about 36 hours to kickstart them into flowering. Seems to work. They start budding faster.:)

I only did 24, should have done 36. I'm so impatient I'm on day 3 of 12/12 still no pistils.. damnit.

Just remember plants will sometimes double in size once you switch over to flowering. So take into account how much space you have and the height your plants are now, and how big they could get if they double sometimes even triple in size. So far they are looking good!

So it really is smart to go 36 hours no light. I guess i need to get on that. Any advise on Nutes how much and so on. Also how long does the flowering take? roughly and how will I know when its time to cut'em down?

Honestly some say it helps. Others say they never noticed a difference. That it took the same amount of time. Honestly I would just let it go naturally. That way there is no stress involved what so ever. But its really up to the individual. Some people like it, some dont. I don't see a need for it.

remember for good plants indoors we must mimic nature as best as possible not actually be mother nature so the dark cycle i have done and it really doesnt speed up anything cause no light no photosynthesis no photosynthesis now growth energy for the plant im not saying they dont grow at night but they are able to do that at night cause of stored energy from the days sun son i think 3 days dark would just stress it out cause its trying to flip but for some reason mother nature didnt come around for three days and give me energy to do so so now im sucking all the beificial energy from the myself ... but thats just my common sense saying that to me and my opinion lol

I totally agree. Especially the part about photosynthesis.
