first time grow

Doing an experiment with these CFL lights here http://www.ebay.com/itm/31079574663...eName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 And a 3x3x5 grow tent and a small DWC setup for about 4 - 6 plants. I also plan on getting about 200 more watts CFL of both 2700k and 6400k lights going, is this enough light? Anything help! thanks =)

With 350watts of cfl you can grow 3 plants,maybe four at a push.Unless there's a particular reason for you needing to use cfl you'd be better getting a 400w hps,you could then grow four good sized girls with dense buds.Good luck

cost is the reason really. want to keep it really inexpensive...maybe ill stick to about 2-3 lil bushes

Waste of time imo...hid or id buy my herb..if I were you id spend the couple hundred bucks for a decent hid as soon as your going to flower, makes a world of difference

Or at least go into this knowing you won't get much and it went be the best with the plan to buy an hid for next grow

I am well into a cfl cultivation, I will do my best to share my experience in an informative, useful and concise post.

During veg, I had one 6500k 125w large cfl and that was great, good amount of light. I added additional cfl's when I felt they would be of benefit

The large bulbs are great, in best conditions one per plant (by flowering time) would be awesome and provide greater coverage and intensity for each plant.

What type of other cfl's are you looking at for the additional 200w? What wattage and size per bulb? I supplemented with a few kinds of cfl's, I may be help in some way.
