First time grow

This is my first grow and it seems I'm doing ok. 4 weeks into flowering using organic soil. Any suggestions?

Also should note growing with HO T5's 3 white 3 red 4ft bulbs

You'd be amazed at what a 315 watt CMH would do at the same amount of power. Bulbs last much longer.
