First Time Grower and poster having problems.

I've been attempting to grow for the first time ever as an experiment and I've been having this same reoccurring problem with three plants so far.

Everything seems fine until the plant grows it's third set of leaves. The bottom leaves begin to grow tiny light brown spots which slowly evolve into something that almost looks like a light brownish/golden rash.

I'm using some seeds found in some bud i smoke, not sure on the strain. I'm using Fox Farms soil and 200w of actual CFL light 6500k full spectrum. I water about every 4 days sometimes 5 if I think the soil is still a bet moist or wet.

PH tested the soil last night and it was 7.2. Gave it a flush last night and retested the soil about 10 minutes ago and it actually went up to 7.6.

They're not the clearest but here's some pics.

The help in figuring this out will be greatly appreciated. :)

i use fox farm also and am in the north eastern us. i have found that with some strains, fox farm and the water in my area i get this problem also. i use cal-mag i every watering or a nutrient juice with cal-mag in it. this and i allow my gallons to reach room temp under the lights between waterings. i have been told with high chlorine water this trick helps lower the chlorine content also the water temp is at a perfect level for the roots.

also IMO cfl sucks if you can switch to HPS or metal halide. HPS is best IMO if this is not an option you should double your cfl amount.

You should be taking the pH of your water plus the soil. You might want to be watering your soil with a slightly alkaline or acidic water solution to buffer out your soil's pH. You are probably also ready to be feeding your plants a very small amount of nutrients at this point, in which this solution also needs to be buffered properly with your soil to get your results around 6.5 pH.
