first time grower and wondering if my plants are on the right track...

so I started growing white widow feminized seeds from farmers lab. I used blue sky organics soil. they germinated in a couple of days and once I put them in soil. I made the beginners mistake and watered them everyday for the first 3 days of them being in soil until I did some more reading about growing and realized that was the worst thing I could do oh and I also mixed a very weak batch of nutrients and feed them in the first week of being in the soil also the worst thing you can do... I was clearly off to a bad start. so I've been doing more research and getting a little better at it but I have a couple of leaves that are twisting a bit on each plant and I'm not sure if my ph is off. I just bought an hm p80 meter because I think my old one was off. so hopefully that will help. I did have a fan directly on the plants but moved it when I had read that the fan directly on the plants could be the cause. my humidity stays around 54% to 56% and the temp in the tent stays around 24'C or 25'C so I think I'm ok there. I have a 4" exhaust fan as well which keeps a slight negative pressure inside the tent. I have a 3x4 tent with 3 plants growing in it. I'm using the maxsisun pb2000 for light and I currently have the light about 26" above the canopy. the plants are 22 days from seed. I just transplant them from solo cups to the 5 gallon fabric bags not sure if I went to big or not. I've read that some people do a gallon per foot the plant will grow and some like to a little bigger. I'm just looking to see if I'm on the right track and if my plants are looking good or if I'm not doing something right. any feed back will be greatly appreciated especially where I'm a first time grower and don't want to mess my girls up!
What a healthy little lady!

I have been reading and watching videos on lst it does look really easy. I haven't done it before this is my first grow. how many times do you normally top your plants?
I Mainline so I do more than you are doing. No big deal. Just topping once is really helpful.
