The biggest one is 3 weeks and two days old the second biggest is two weeks and two days old they were both grown under 16 watt cfls since the start. The seedlings are in between 2-5 days old and were grown under a ecolux 20 watt full spectrum aquarium and plant light

Time. Let mother nature do its thing. Find a nute program and stick to it. Keep it simple.

you're going to need a LOT more light. You can get highter wattage CFL's for cheap. I can see the stems are quite stretched.

id go with at least four daylight (6500K/blue spectrum) bulbs per plant for vegging and at least six warm white (2700K/red spectrum) per plant for flowering. Full spectrum is nice, but it emits unuseable colors and is somewhat inefficient. Get those lights as close as you can without burning the leaves, like 2-4 inches away.
The bigger plants could use some LST since the nodes are so stretched.
What kind of soil is that? What are you feeding them? How many hours of light and dark do they get? How big are those containers?

let your soil get completely dry between feedings
They are on a 18/6 light schedule. The two big ones were on a 24 hour light schedule up to 2 weeks old then were put on the 18/6. Just got two more lights for the bigg ones they are now under 2 28 watt panasonic full spectrum cfls and I'm getting another light for the seedlings the same as the other one. I'm feeding them miracle grow and the two big ones are in two litre pots

Let all the plants dry out before watering. Don't bother with full spectrum lighting, just mix blue and red spectrum CFL's
