First time grower looking for sexing confirmation

I'm a newbie grower working on my first crop, and I was hoping an experienced eye could confirm the sex of one of my babies. He/She appears to have the tell-tale pollen sacs of a male; however, I also see what I think are pistils. I'm guessing I have a hermie, but I could easily be off-base here.



I'm currently 3 days into flowering.

TIA for the help, and wish me luck with my first grow. It's been quite a learning experience so far, and the various threads I've found here have been a tremendous help.

you are completely right, youve got yourself a hermie. oh well, kill it and try again.

Man, kill that thing ASAP!!! It's really close to releasing pollen, if it hasn't already, which'll wreak havoc on your growroom.

Yeah, those are pistils, for sure. Honestly, IDK if that means it is a hermie, or not. I've had a hermie that was damn near full-female, get pods like that, but can't remember seeing full males like that. It's possible, but I haven't seen enough strains, in my life, to be able to know for sure. I'm still a noob, technically.lol

From what i understand he only has one plant, but maybe i've misread. It's pretty much a male. If you want good quality bud restart, but theres nothing stopping you from growing him and smoking him. Apparently people do that, but everytime i imagine myself smoking males i imagine my balls hurting... like smoking seeds. lol.

Thanks for the quick replies all. This plant was one of four, so I'm not totally SOL. The other three are pretty clearly female. I just hope I got Lady Gaga out of there before it released any pollen.

yeah he looks predominately male with a hermi cross into female, usually the other way round but yeah, those pods are about to bust its white seed all over ur bitches and make them lose their virginity thats for sure
