First time grower need advice.

Hey everyone, I just built my first cab and in the veg side i am using 5 6500k 23 watt cfl's but my temps are way to high, with everything closed its running at around 30C i have 3 cpu fans pulling atleast 100cfm from small room (19x23x43) i have 2 small fans circulating air inside aswell. Any advice would be welcome. I thought of using an AC but have no space for it anywhere.

ive been growing a few plants in this room and all are stunted from the heat so i need to fix this problem before I put any more plants in there.

A few questions would help to know.
How close are your lights to the foliage???
what are you using to check the temp???
And do you know the ph of your soil and water???

Sound like you need a intake fan and a bigger exhauts fan. If you can get it under 85 you will be good. I had the same problem even with AC until I put in a bigger exhaust fan. Now my temps stay below 80 degrees.
